Ingredients for making Mango Shrikhand-
1 carry
1/2 liter milk
A pinch of saffron
500 g hung curd
1 1/2 tsp castor sugar
25 gms pistachios (sliced)
25 gms almonds (sliced)
How to make Mango Shrikhand:
First boil saffron and milk in a pan. Now let it cool and wash the mango and peel it. Now blend it in the mixer. Now add hung curd, castor sugar and half saffron mixed milk in a bowl. Also add curry puree. Mix all these things well. Now add remaining milk and mix well.

Now add chopped almonds and pistachios. Mix all these things well. Pour it into a bowl and garnish with almonds and pistachios. You can add jaggery or honey instead of sugar if you wish. Apart from this sugar can also be skipped as mango is sweet so it will work even without sugar. Now keep it in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours. Serve cold.
