The big decision of the state government regarding Janmashtami,

 A major decision of the state government regarding Janmashtami, curfew will start at 1 pm on August 30

Gandhinagar: The state government has taken an important decision regarding Janmashtami.  The curfew will begin at 1pm on August 30th.  The decision has been made so that people can celebrate Krishna Janmotsav.  200 people are allowed in the temple premises.  The government has also allowed Ganeshotsav.

Important decisions have been taken in the core committee meeting chaired by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani for the purpose of celebrating Janmashtami and Ganeshotsav in the state.  Janmashtami: In order to celebrate Krishna Janmotsav on Monday 30/9/2012 at 12 o'clock in the night, night curfew will be implemented in all the 9 metros in the metros for one day on 30th August from 1 pm.

 A maximum of 200 people are allowed to visit the temple premises at a time.


 All visitors to the temples must follow the S.O.P.


 For this, in order to maintain social distance at a distance of two feet, one has to make a circle by standing in a circle.


 Mandatory masks and rules of social distance must also be strictly observed in the temple premises.


 In order to maintain the tradition of Janmashtami procession in the state, 200 people will be allowed to travel on a limited route.


 Lokmela of Janmashtami festival will not be allowed in the state


 Matki Fod Utsav will not be allowed.  Important decisions have also been taken regarding the celebrations to be held in the state from September 8 to September 15.


 Accordingly, a 6-foot Ganesha statue can be installed in a public Ganeshotsav and a two-foot Ganesha statue can be installed in a house.


 At public Ganeshotsav venues, people will be able to observe Ganesha with social distance as well as Koro transition control guidelines S.O.P compliance, mandatory masks.


 For this, in order to maintain social distance at a distance of two feet, one has to make a circle by standing in a circle.


 In public Ganeshotsav places only pooja-aarti and prasad distribution rituals are allowed. No other religious and cultural programs can be held.


 In these 7 metros of the state, during Ganeshotsav, people can do darshan till 11 pm at night.

 Curfew will be enforced in these metros from 12 noon.


 For installation and dismantling of Ganesha, installation-disintegration will be allowed by a vehicle with a maximum of 15 people.
